Terms & Conditions for Participation & Stallholders
1. Stall Allocation:
- Stalls will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the completed booking form and full payment.
- The organiser reserves the right to alter the location of any stallholder for operational reasons without prior notice.
2. Payment:
- Full payment must be received by 7th November 2024. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in forfeiture of your booking.
- All payments are non-refundable, except in the event of the organiser cancelling the fayre.
3. Cancellation Policy:
- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing by 21st November 2024. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after this date.
4. Set-Up and Take-Down:
- Stallholders may begin setting up from 10.00am. All stalls must be ready by 11.00am.
- Stallholders are responsible for clearing their stall area by 4.00pm. Please ensure your area is left clean and free of rubbish.
- No early take-down is permitted without prior approval from the organiser.
5. Insurance and Liability:
- Stallholders are required to have their own public liability insurance. A copy of your insurance certificate must be provided with the booking form.
- The organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to stallholders’ property or goods. Stallholders participate at their own risk.
6. Health & Safety:
- All electrical equipment used must be PAT tested and comply with health and safety regulations.
- Stallholders must ensure that their display does not pose a hazard to visitors. Walkways must be kept clear at all times.
- Any accidents or incidents must be reported to the organiser immediately.
7. Product Guidelines:
- Stallholders are only permitted to sell items that have been agreed upon in the booking form. Any changes must be approved by the organiser.
- The sale of counterfeit, illegal, or unsafe goods is strictly prohibited. The organiser reserves the right to remove any items deemed inappropriate.
8. Conduct:
- Stallholders are expected to conduct themselves professionally and courteously at all times.
- Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in the immediate removal of the stallholder from the event without refund.
9. Environmental Responsibility:
- Stallholders are encouraged to minimise waste and use environmentally friendly packaging where possible.
- All waste must be disposed of by the stallholder by removing from the premise on take-down.
10. Amendments:
- The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
- The organiser reserved the right to amend, withdraw or alter any conditions, dates, times or fees at ant time.
11. Event Cancellation:
- In the unlikely event that the Christmas Fayre is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the organiser’s control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), stallholders will be notified as soon as possible, and alternative arrangements or refunds will be discussed.
12. Agreement:
- By submitting booking form, you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of your stall without refund.
